1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by TripoCell.

By using the website, mobile application, or any other platform, or by placing any order, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.

2. User Registration

To use TripoCell services, the user must complete the registration process and provide the required information.

The following information may be required during registration:

• First and last name;
• Email address.

The user is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

To create an account and use TripoCell services, the user must have the legal capacity required under applicable laws. Minors may only use the services with the consent of their legal representative.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and login information. All activities carried out through the user's account shall be deemed the responsibility of the user.

3. Service Provision

TripoCell undertakes reasonable measures to provide its services with due care and quality.

However, TripoCell does not guarantee that the services will operate uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

TripoCell shall not be liable for any interruptions caused by technical failures, system maintenance or updates, communication issues, third-party mobile network operators, or any other circumstances beyond TripoCell's reasonable control.

4. eSIM Compatibility

Before making a purchase, the user must verify that their device supports eSIM technology and is compatible with the intended mobile network.

eSIM compatibility may vary depending on the device model, manufacturer, mobile network operator's policies, and the region in which the device was manufactured.

Any list of compatible devices provided by TripoCell is for informational purposes only and may not be exhaustive.

The user bears the sole responsibility for verifying device compatibility.

TripoCell shall not be liable for compatibility issues arising from the device's lack of eSIM support, carrier restrictions, or technical limitations imposed by the device manufacturer.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using the services, the user shall not:

• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws;
• Commit fraud or fraudulent activities;
• Interfere with the operation of the network or services;
• Engage in activities that may damage the systems or compromise their security.

In the event of a violation of these requirements, TripoCell reserves the right to restrict or terminate the user's access to the services without prior notice.

The suspension or termination of services shall not release the user from any existing payment obligations or other financial liabilities.

6. Amendments

TripoCell reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the services provided at any time. Any such changes shall become effective upon publication.

7. Payments and Refunds

The eSIM packages provided through TripoCell are considered digital products.

Once the purchase has been completed and the eSIM has been delivered to the user, payments are non-refundable, and purchased services cannot be canceled.

Before completing a purchase, the user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the selected package, device compatibility, and all other relevant information.
